Blank Jerseys:

All Blanks are shipped within 2-3 Business Days and shipping is included within Canada. In the event we are out of stock on an item we will advise you as to when your jersey will be shipped. We do use Canada Post for our Blank Jerseys. Flat rate pricing is listed below:

• Within Canada - No Charge
• To USA - $5.00
• International - $25.00

Customized Jerseys:

Customized jerseys (those with a player name / number) require 7-10 business days for processing, we use Canada Post for customized jerseys at the following rates:

• Within Canada - $12.00
• To USA - $17.00
• International - $37.00

 

Autographed Memorabilia:

Most items are shipped within 3-5 Business Days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

For Autographed Jerseys we are pleased to offer UPS and Purolator as our carriers of choice within Canada. To our US and International customers we also offer Canada Post as an alternative to help reduce brokerage fees. All items are included with insurance for your peace of mind knowing your purchase is 100% covered. Again Flat rate pricing is listed below:

 

• Within Canada - $20.00 Flat Rate (Inclusive of Insurance)
• To USA -          $25.00 Flat Rate (Inclusive of Insurance)

All other Autographed Memorabilia (Pucks and Photos) are shipped via Canada Post with delivery confirmation and Insurance:

Each additional item is $5.00 

 

Please note: Customs and duty charges (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we are committed to making it right. We will gladly refund, exchange or replace any product** which fails to meet your expectations within 7 days of receiving your product (Autographed Memorabilia is 15 days). Please contact us in advance to get specific instructions on how to return items to us. All products must be returned in original condition including the original packaging (Jerseys must still have tags attached) and must be accompanied with the invoice.  Failure to meet the above requirements means that your item will not be refunded. IF A REFUND CANNOT BE PROCESSED, PRODUCTS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU BY REGULAR MAIL. All refunds will be credited to the payment method used in the original purchase. We will make your refund payments within one Business day of receiving the returned item.
